Overall Compensation for your work
Health insurance and time off is excellent. However, pay is well below the industry average for the region. It also doesnt help the boss refuses to give COLAs event when authorized to do so by the higher ups.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the staff, be slow to hire but quick to hire. Mentor new leaders and provide servant leadership training. Provide more transparency and communication. Care about the staff and consider the cost of living in the County when deciding salaries. Provide benefit options to retiring staff.
