Courageous does not communicate well. I work Monday-Friday and every other weekend, therefore I work 12 days straight. When it's time for my weekend off they NEVER call to communicate with me nor the patient to let us know that they do not have a nurse to come.
There are no developmenting opportunities here.

- They need management in there who care for others and are compassionate. There should be people there who aren't there foreally just a paycheck.
What I dislike about the company
Courageous are not compassionate or caring people. They showed no concern or care that I was suffering from the loss of a family member. I called the office 1 week before to ask for one day off so that I could attend a funeral. They didn't care to even try to replace me for that one day. I'm always at work on time, I never call out on them. Courageous does not have any order, I requested timesheets 3 weeks before I ran out of them and they never sent them out. There communication skills are horrible.
