Suggestions for improvement
- Management held accountable for behavior and unprofessional actions. Management style by bullying needs to stop. Treat everyone equal. More structure is needed.
What I like about the company
I helped start the company 15 years ago.
I only answer to the Owner and they are extremely nice and fair to me
What I dislike about the company
The management. The lack of communication. The equal pay for women vs men.
The turn over rate due to poor management. The turn over rate due to bullying in the work place. Lack of training, lack of support, lack of over all fairness.
