Suggestions for improvement
- fire the GM and the AGM. consider getting a regional manager that actually cares about the hotel, instead of the one hostile visit to do the financial audit of the hotel once a year.
I like about the employer
Poorly managed. Upper management very passive aggressive. Corporate Structure leaves no decisions for on site managers to make.
I dislike about the employer
Where do i start? getting paid for 40 hrs a week but mandatory working 60 hours a week. Assistant general manager able to work 20 hours a week and use her child as an excuse. Managers have been at hotel so long they are stuck in their ways and everyone is miserable.
