Some supervisors are very involved and provide feedback on work completed. Other supervisors do not and therefore it creates a climate of distrust and confusion.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Almost all of the employees are young so not sure how management would treat senior workers.
Overall compensation for your work
The company pays a satisfying salary to some but others who have put in years of work do not receive the appropriate salary or bonus increases. The benefits are good and the salaries are paid on time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Focus on talent management - listen to your employees, especially those who have been loyal to the company and adequately compensate them for their hard work and dedication.
What I like about the company
The employees work together and the work environment is helpful. Employees care about the end product and servicing the clients.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management decisions are limited to a singular opinion. At times, employees are asked to provide feedback which has little to no impact.
