They over promise and under deliver to their clients but when things go south, they will point their fingers towards the low end of the totem pole (you).

Freedom to work independently
They say they encourage it but they really dont.
It all depends on whom you speak with. Some agents were very fast, others? It may take some time. There structure is horrendous.
No complaints there.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They're nice but dont expect a promotion.
If you kiss peoples butts, you may be ok.
Overall compensation for your work
You will not be appreciated for bending over backwards for this company.

Some of the people make it bearable
It's a call center.
I've never worked at a place where people quit or were fired so much before in my life. insane.
Again, you just sit in a cubicle all day so it's not unsafe.
The equivalent to them asking you to make it from New York to California in 2 hours by walking. They have unrealistic and unreasonable expectations.

Its incredibly diverse.

What I like about the company
I liked some of the people that I worked with. People from very different walks of life come through that place.
What I dislike about the company
The dishonesty, the lies, the deceit, lack of logical and critical thinking, there's no sound structure and things tend to change with no rhyme or reason. They just dont know what they're doing (the program I was on at least). They also pay the least amount compared to other jobs close by that do the same things.
