Suggestions for improvement
- Better training for remote employees. Training for people managers. Address situations where employees are continuously working way over 40 hrs a week.
What I like about the company
21 PTO days to start with and many benefit options
What I dislike about the company
The culture is horrible. Many, many overworked, dissatisfied people with no hope for change. Folks need to be able to use their PTO and actually have time for a life outside of work. People managers need training to be good managers. Don't promote people into positions they aren't equip to handle.
