midlevel and upper management are not very supportive of staff.

Administration more concerned with dress code than abuse of staff
meeting with graphs and bars ect are mandatory for staff
Attitude towards older colleagues
less than 1 star. does not want to have experienced nurses and other staff. older staff does not feel that their job is secure.
