- Increased staffing increased pay . Celebration and bouns for job well done
Company cares more about management than good loyal employees.
Management?? When they find time to answer your emails, the issue that needed attention has been resolved, by a collective of employees.
You either do what your told and shut up or get talked to like your dirt in from of all your peers.
You do what your told and when your told.
