Suggestions for improvement
- Try caring about staff from the bottom up not the top down. Managers/directors that are historically horrible to staff should be required to take sensitivity training and then be held accountable.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Their culture promotes treating staff as "less than". The culture does a horrible job with accepting that some managers, while good at their job, i.e., contract negotiator, but are horrible managers of people.
