Un realistic goals. No idea on current market in Phoenix. Employees or local management is involved in decision making. Conflict issues are minimised,never dealt with,never resolved.

- Understand the Phoenix market. Treat employees with respect. No secrecy.

Politics,and secrecy with upper mangement. No real training program. There is a quality problem in the field that has never been addressed.
