The culture is very child like. Grown men that have an ego problem.
Your only career path is out the door! Many young , bright engineers have left because of inferior management.
Overall Compensation for your work
They hand out titles to young employees like water but don't compensate them.
Very poor reputation in the industry.
There is none!!!
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace the current president and all managers!
