Suggestions for improvement
- The overall environment and culture is pretty fantastic as is. The only things i would improve would be overall employee access to company vehicles and the elimination of sales goals in technical support.
What I like about the company
The company is diverse and accomodating. I recieve adequate paid time off as well as a bevy of benefits. My supervisors are kind and helpful and do everything in their power to make sure i excel in my position. The opportunities for advancement are vast and varied and my voice is not only heard but valued within the company. Ive said many times that this is the job from which i will retire.
What I dislike about the company
The only realy complaint i have is the fact that the tech support department has a required sales goal. As tech support specialists i feel we should be more directly focused on solving the customers problems and offering them services IF it is apparent they would benefit from them. Requiring us to meet a certain sales goal puts unneeded stress and emphasis on the wrong part of the job.
