Suggestions for improvement

  • supervisors should interact with employees, Be required to talk at least an hour a week of calls to stay aware of what type of calls are being handled.

as a technical support agent you will work all departments ie.. billing, sales, etc. although this is true and the technical support department works the longest hours you will receive the least amount of compensation of any other office. When you reach out to other offices for assistance you usually will have a rude person that does not want to work or take calls.

Gender Equality

They had to fire an entire management team b/c of unfair practices in hiring & promotions. Family & friends received gold star treatement
