Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to what the employees are saying and act to their needs. Upper management, HR behind closed doors would say negative statements about the hourly employees instead of listening to the employees and acting on their best interest.
I like about the employer
The pay was good and getting a huge discount on cable services was a plus
I dislike about the employer
Not true to what is tought to you. As a leadership position I never felt the support from the Human Resource Department.
