Support from Management
Very combative, bullying is the preferred tactict typically used here. Constantly threatened to be replaced.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees with respect and chose a direction for the company and stick with it for longer than the wind blows. Its very disheartening to know that you work your butt off and find out your commission earned is being cut in half because you missed your goal. It was once said by a member of management that we pay you very well to put up with all the stress and absurdities that go on here. Well if you aren't paying good money, it's not worth the shenanigans that this company dulls out!
