Freedom to work independently
Leader doesn't care if you have seen this failure many times, and you recommend replacing component with bad capacitors and power supply. Now you can't collect payment if unit fails within 30 days, which happened to me, so you'll make second trip, gas/mileage is on you. Is not a good company to work for.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let new employee know when payment for work contract work will be provided. Give contract agreement. I shouldn't have to call a few times before I get a response.
