Suggestions for improvement
- Give it back to the hospital. Look at the turnover rate. That should say something.
What I like about the company
Nothing . It was what I call a hostile take over.
What I dislike about the company
The supervisor was cold and insensitive. Why somebody this way pick the medical field was beyond my understanding. She was a bean counter. Management took call pay away yet we were expected to take call. Salary pay is never in the employee's interest when overtime can be a regular.
