Suggestions for improvement

  • Pay better. They expect an incredible amount of work for very low wages. They are very cheap. Raises are laughable. Lose the employee favoritism.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Making your numbers to wall street are important but not at the cost of the devastation of destroying peoples lives and families.

What I dislike about the company

You are constantly threatened to perform to their standards regardless of the circumstances. You could have record sales or attainment of labor or other metrics for months on end but the moment you don't hit goal hours or make sales or hit a metric you are threatened with a personal improvement plan that if you do not reach you will be terminated. The threat of termination is constant in every facet of this company.

Teamwork

Upper management doesn't care about your opinions or ideas. No help with staff discipline. You terminate someone and, they bring them back, someone abandons their shift and, they bring them back. Someone no call, no show, they come back their next shift. DM and upper management don't care

Suggestions for improvement

  • Clean your house up. When you have multiple managers leave because of the GM, the DM does nothing about it and, corporate doesn't even notice or reach out to the former managers to ask questions? It's a shame.

Company culture

Wait staff and kitchen staff are incredibly nice and will help you out if you ask.

Support from Management

Management says they will be there if you need anything but they're not. They like to find people who will not stick up for themselves and manipulate them.

Teamwork

Teamwork is okay. Minus management, it works most of the time. Don't be too trusting of other servers, they take advantage of you so subtly to the point where you don't notice.
