Very cool culture if you don't mind working hard and pulling your weight!
Support from management
Full leadership reviews, 360 feedback - lots of opportunities to have 1-on-1 time with your manager.
Engineers pulled together to get the job done on time!
Freedom to work independently
Lots of work, but lots of reward.
Founders show 100% transparency to the rest of the company which is refreshing.
I worked along side with many female developers, and the company as a whole has more female, than male workers.
You sit down 1-on-1 with your manager to set goals for the next quarter. Most of the time these goals are to make you better at your job.
Overall compensation for your work
Pretty good pay - standard benefits, unlimited holiday, free food/drinks/lunches - lots of team events, night outs.
Office / Work Environment
High tech, downtown offices with the best computers, lots of meeting space, and a great common area with free food, drinks, and arcade machines.
Lots of fundraising and charity work inside, and outside the company.
Probably geared more towards work, rather than life, but it's a young, fast-moving startup. If you don't like it, get out.
It's a hot-spot for tech in Denver - often listed as a top company in Denver / the US to work for.
Questionable. I left on my own terms due to issues outside the job, but others have been let go quite surprisingly. I was never fearful of losing my job when I worked there.
Very challenging. You'll work with the smartest people in the industry and push the boundaries of what the tech can do. It's a good feeling!
What I like about the company
I liked the challenge, and I liked the transparency from Management. The team was brilliant, and I learned something new everyday.
What I dislike about the company
Some layoffs have been very surprising - but when I worked there, I liked every part of the company. I was sad to have to leave.
