Suggestions for improvement
- More jobs availability and more understanding about the employees and the type of client's parent that are asking for services.

Flexible hours when they are available
I dislike about the employer
Employer didn't work hard enough to help you find work if a job fell through. If the interviews with the clients didn't work out then it was the employees fault and they offer you jobs through the email and several hours away from home.
