- nothing really needs inputting. They have a sound business plan and I've been here long
I think this is one most complicated questions, because whether "many" degreed employees I've worked with, should be better supervised and held to much higher standards
There has been a negative shift that began a few years ago: if you are in management in some capacity and older, you might be hired. If you are already an employee and older, you may be let go and replaced with an intern; if you are fairly new and older, with no degree, advancement in pay is difficult - unless you go back to school or you are a management favorite.
