Company doesn't appreciate the concept of inclusion!
Support from management
My last manager before I was down sized spent 90 percent of her time behind closed doors which didn't provide much leadership for the department!
No true concept of teamwork --- it's like a fish bowl (as everyone is so into tearing one another down).
Freedom to work independently
My manager just wanted to provide direction from behind a door. I was verbally reprimanded for securing a new hire and the package was different from her direction but she missed the bigger picture --- we closed a deal and candidate was happy! Perfect example of small mindedness.
You typically are told of news on the fly ... Very poor at planning and executing properly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No respect unless you are doing non professional things.

Typical manufacturing environment.
Fake - never real which is so sad. Feels like being on a playground!
You are constantly working on items that goes nowhere which takes away most negatively from trying to balance the work life.
Poor management so never know if you are working the next day. In December 2017 associates worked 12 hour days 6 to 7 days a week then following January associates were on shut down. Now this could have been avoided if the business model reflected the trend of orders over time.
Working on non evolving projects doesn't make for challenge just busy work.

- Listen to the masses and not just the executive level who by most account are removed from the masses!
