Sometimes conflicts, whether between employees or for example with schedule adjustments, were not handled properly or in a timely fashion. It really depended on who was the acting supervisor for the according to the different departments.
Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be an overall expectation or regulations across the entire grid and no individual and emotionally driven decisions.
