Suggestions for improvement
- Southcomm/Cygnus: Sell off the unsuccessful/unprofitable publications you own, giveraises to long time employees, and give your employees incentive to stay there. Many people are jumping ship because of your poor leadership. Creative Loafing has been around over 40 years and you are destroying it Put someone in charge who understands alt-weeklies and come up with a better long term plan for the company, you have failed at being a leader.
What I like about the company
The people I worked directly with in the Atlanta office were like family for many years. I met many great friends and colleagues that I keep in contact with today.
