Support from Management
Supervisors are great and do what they can to build and maintain morale but it the upper management that's unfortunately dropping the ball. This place went from the best place to work and went to hell when the new management took over. The place now has an all time high attrition rate because the poor employees are over worked, and have no motivation to be there because now they have no promotions to offer in attempts to save money.
Suggestions for improvement
- Rid of the current director and replace him with someone whom will make an honest effort to get to know his employees and find ways to build morale and culture. Not one who is "fire-happy" and constantly having the employees fear of losing their jobs.
