They claim to want quality instead of quantity, but tell you to turn a blind eye and ship the broken or incorrect items. Their goals are unreasonable and they do not understand how to motivate their employees.
The work is not challenging unless you show that you're a hard worker. Then you get met with unreasonable goals.
The managers play favorites.
