Suggestions for improvement
- Make more realistic software release dates. I have yet to see one not get pushed of months if not years. All it does is stress people out and promote fast work rather than quality work.
What I like about the company
Manager is always willing to try to get me tasks I'd rather put my time into if she can.
What I dislike about the company
Higher ups have decided to change all the high-walled cubicles to much lower walled ones so that everyone can always see each other. I have yet to talk to someone who likes this change, even in upper management. A little bit of privacy goes a long way, and it's mostly being taken away.
