Upon being hired you are told that there are advancement opportunities, but once you try to advance they come up with any excuse to keep you in your current position.

Paid a bit more than minimum wage, but there is driving required and they do NOT pay mileage or compensate for the gas you use.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire management that knows what they're doing.
- Work WITH the employees when it comes to scheduling, as well as accommodations.
