  • Allow more employees to be shareholders.

What I like about the company

Very flexible with schedule. Can come in late or leave early if needed. Very flexible with my schedule when I had a child. Very supportive and I have been promoted several times.The company does things for the greater good.

What I dislike about the company

I think more employees should be allowed to be shareholders.

Office / Work Environment

CPI claims to practice and teach "Respect in the workplace" . However upper management in particular come up way short in this category. There is no loyalty for long-time employees.

  • Train upper management to be respectful, fair

Poor management, no loyalty for long-ten employees,. Doesn't practice what they preach.
