Suggestions for improvement
- Allow more employees to be shareholders.
What I like about the company
Very flexible with schedule. Can come in late or leave early if needed. Very flexible with my schedule when I had a child. Very supportive and I have been promoted several times.The company does things for the greater good.
What I dislike about the company
I think more employees should be allowed to be shareholders.
