After years of working for this company they refuse to give raises. Not even cost of living raises if you work there you'll need a 2nd job to Be able to live and pay household expenses.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your trained staff and at least give them a yearly cost of living raise. You lose a lot of well trained staff to your competitors. But as I was told upper management does not care.
