There is not good leadership
Support from Management
the co workers are outstanding to work with
Level of Autonomy
we are micro managed to extreme, on issues that are minor
there is little communication from direct supervisor
Attitude towards older colleagues
the company hires older individuals the manager at my particular store does not show respect.
I was asked 6 months ago to take the course to become a lead. I kept trying to do that by using their program. They Kept telling me that my supervisor needed to enter her pin number. She kept telling me that she did not have to. When I went to "field support" , after 3 or 4 tries and numerous e mails with no results, I gave up!
