flexibility of work schedule
supervisor change a least once a year. new rules with each new supervisor. no reviews for raises for field personal. one 25 cent raise in 5 years. people who design our work make lots of mistakes and we are the ones who suffer for them. It seems to me that if you work in an office somewhere that this is a pretty good company to work for, but if you are a part time employee in the field, who never sees anyone else. and just sends in your work properly as assigned, you are expendable,and no one really cares one way or another. They are also intruding into our personal space now, they want us to use our personal phones and personal email for company business.
