Company Culture

I feel that I go to work to make a difference but there isn't always support from upper managers and they are disconnected with what is going on.

Challenging Work

No day is ever the same, which can be nice too.

Suggestions for improvement

  • More positive incentives and rewards for employees and better pay

What I like about the company

I have made some great friends and professional connections. The job gave me some flexibility to finish my degree. I find working with the kids, and most of the staff fun and rewarding most days.

What I dislike about the company

It's hard to get support from upper management a lot of times. The stress level can quickly increase and flexibility with this is a must.
