Suggestions for improvement
- 40 hour work weeks for managers and all staff. Most people can kill it and be productive for 8 hours a day, but stack a 60+ hour work week on them and you will have disgruntled employees. 40 hours a week allows time with the family, time to be active, and be overall less stressed and healthy. There is no doubt in my mind that a healthy less stressed individual will be more productive than a exhausted burnt out employee that is overworking themselves into an early grave.
What I like about the company
Hard work is noticed and rewarded. I've moved up at an encouraging rate and will continue to persevere. My position has a ton of responsibilities that make for a strong resume in event I ever need to establish myself in another part of the country.
What I dislike about the company
The retail hours result in burnt out employees, burnt out employees result in poor work ethic and customer service, this results in people quitting and needing to hire new staff. The long hours they encourage or feel necessary is the automotive Achilles heal; in that, it snowballs into a high turnaround atmosphere with a weak company bond.
