What I like about the company

Great opportunity to make money. Managers push you to succeed. Closed on sundays for church and family time

What I dislike about the company

Micromanage too much. Give us room to fail or succeed

Suggestions for improvement

  • 40 hour work weeks for managers and all staff. Most people can kill it and be productive for 8 hours a day, but stack a 60+ hour work week on them and you will have disgruntled employees. 40 hours a week allows time with the family, time to be active, and be overall less stressed and healthy. There is no doubt in my mind that a healthy less stressed individual will be more productive than a exhausted burnt out employee that is overworking themselves into an early grave.

What I like about the company

Hard work is noticed and rewarded. I've moved up at an encouraging rate and will continue to persevere. My position has a ton of responsibilities that make for a strong resume in event I ever need to establish myself in another part of the country.

What I dislike about the company

The retail hours result in burnt out employees, burnt out employees result in poor work ethic and customer service, this results in people quitting and needing to hire new staff. The long hours they encourage or feel necessary is the automotive Achilles heal; in that, it snowballs into a high turnaround atmosphere with a weak company bond.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Proper pay for employees, allow proper decisions to be made to perform a repair effectively and efficiently, and worry about the employees who are not saying no to work instead of holding the hands of the employees who are saying no

What I like about the company

Gave me the opportunity to become a senior master by sending me to the appropriate classes

What I dislike about the company

The younger you are the less your pay is regardless of your experience and ability, they let employees pick and choose work leaving a small number to deal with the big problem vehicles lower their opportunity to make hours on the jobs others are picking and choosing, the good employees get told what to do and the bad ones get coddled and given easy jobs pertaining to what they want to do!
