Crossroads Bank is a great place to work for. They treat the employees like family rather than just a number.

Suggestions for improvement

  • We are working on this, but a better Mobile App and online banking. We also need to do instant issue with debit cards.

What I like about the company

It is a great place to work. If you are having issues in your personal lives, they are understanding and helpful. I have made some close friends while working at Crossroads Bank

What I dislike about the company

I wish we got paid more. It's hard to get a good raise because it is a community Bank.
