Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment

Suggestions for improvement
- fire all of the upper management, hire more staff who has lived experience so they can relate to the clients they serve.
What I like about the company
i got to know what i won't do the next time i run my own re-entry housing.
What I dislike about the company
the management does what it needs to do to make itself look good, not really caring about their clients or their staff.
