Horrible, judgemental people who work at this facility.
Support from management
Lacking good leadership all around at this facility.
Hardly any person is willing to help the fellow employee at this facility. When help is given, condescending manners arise from coworkers that "helped".
Freedom to work independently
Absolutely not. No matter the professionalism and leadership skills shown, the "man", always has eyes and ears to harass your day to day work week.
Poor level of communication. Beyond asking for yourself, the "know how", is just not there.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Age? Not even a question in this company. Seniors are disrespected daily.
Little to no support for long term employment.
Overall compensation for your work
I would say the compensation is a decimal compared to what you should make. Others made quite a bit but have known owner/GM/manager for over 10 years. If your not previously friends, you are not compensated for your waisted time and efforts.
Office / Work Environment
The only good thing coming from this facility, are the customers.
Never experienced any training nor notification of any environmental safety procedures.
The basis of this company is said to be of Christian values. After having a surgery and a baby, I was pressured into coming back to work immediately for both situations. After the baby, I was pressured to come in while still in the hospital with my wife.
Absolutely not. I was terminated without reason after excelling beyond normal expectations. Also, pressured into signing a termination letter of which simply stated, "I'm an at will employee and can be terminated at anytime. I am terminated effectively as of now". No other explanation given, other than sign the paper.
Absolutely no job security. I had a baby 1 month prior to being terminated without reason.
The company is not very accommodating when it comes to disabilities with the customers nor employees. I had to help a crippled customer from the lounge to his vehicle, while others stood around and watched.
The work is exceptionally tough. My service production prevailed upon horrible training circumstances and pressured quotas.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity is said to be of value with this company. I did not see it in my time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Needs new management
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Being terminated with a rare crippling neurological disease without reason two days prior to my insurance being effective.
