False patient driven service, they are driven by money
Support from management
No management support bias treatment of employees.
Stress team atmosphere but prevelant behavior of back stabbib
Management sneaky and liars
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not respectful,of fellow employees regardless of age or sex
False behavior of representation of inclusive or friendly behavior
CEO states accessibility to employees false. The whole premise of this company is a smoke and mirror show.
I was told I made the other nurses look bad due to my commitment to patient service.

- That they clean house of management who base their decisions on prejudice .
What I like about the company
Nothing, felt misled by their motto and branding. They totally misrepresent their service intentions and base it on monetary benefits.
What I dislike about the company
I dislike the fact and am quite abhorred that they falsely claim their intentions of a caring and compassionate company. The corporate part of the company totes this open door policy which is non existant. In essence they falsely advertise their services to their patients, on many accounts when I was in a home when a patient had died I was told to get out and leave. I find that behavior irrehensible.
