What I like about the company
I was on the opening crew of Hop Social Tavern, crossroads newest restaurant, and have felt very much apart of a team and family since starting. I’ve been promoted, and am patiently waiting on a second promotion. I’ve learned so much about running a restaurant and met so many amazing people along the way. 14 months into this restaurant and I feel that this is my career place of work. Management and ownership is amazing and welcoming.
What I dislike about the company
Training systems could use work.
