What I like about the company
Working closely with my direct manager and receiving a lot of positive feedback/feeling appreciated. Able to come in late/leave early/take breaks for appointments, sick kids, and so on. Being appreciated by the community we serve.
What I dislike about the company
An employee handbook would be helpful.
