Attitude towards older colleagues
there is definately room to grow
Office / Work Environment
unfortunately there was too much emphasis placed on making money on MA patients. There were many times i asked for position devices/wheelchairs ect for, not only MA pt but long-term residents as well and was told they were too expensive. The money was there but it was not being used on the residents.
i was a salaried employee and worked well past my 8hrs d/t under-staffing frequently.
staff always complained of not having enough help
there is only one section in the front parking lot for handi-caps
i definitely felt that I made a difference

yes, but only upper management was heard.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to spend more time listening to the CNAS ideas and suggestions. Upper management needs to spend more time on the halls, this will help them understand how difficult things are
