Suggestions for improvement
- Using the 80/20 rule, I'd like them to collect feedback from our top 20% of customers. As You value my opinion, I value theirs. We could learn what value added service they need from us.
What I like about the company
They plan seminars and training on a regular basis. They spend real money on research, and are on the cutting edge of new tech & sustainability. Factory tours in Tennessee are scheduled year round. Friendly and fair leadership all the way up to the Curran family. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't lived it.
They were very generous to their Florida staff after the recent 2017 hurricane.
What I dislike about the company
I've witnessed the polarizing effects, when the sales staff and leadership go out for a long lunch, leaving the rest of us to ""watch the fort "". Not the end of the world, but hey, we gotta eat too.
