Suggestions for improvement
- change management NOW
They do not follow their own corporate values. Just lip-service and slogans that are never practiced.
None. The regional managers don't care about helping you or how you can't get anything done because they push their work on you--they're only worried about renewing the contracts. They offer no help at all and expect you to figure out stuff on your own, they don't want to hear your problems.
It wasn't a horrible company to work for name wise
Management was weird it was some that would help you without and second guess and then others that would just be there to manage
You had some willing to work as a team and others that were just there
I sometimes felt followed and I was one to worknow hard and always get my work done on time
