Suggestions for improvement
- Hire, train better Resident Regional Managers that are also held accountable for their actions and work practices l.
I like about the employer
Nothing- terrible experience - upper management plays favorites and doesn't recognize good work. If you are a "favorite" you move up in the company.
I dislike about the employer
Crothall only cares about its "favorites". If you work hard, but you are not liked, you don't move anywhere and you are made responsible for problems within your site.
