Suggestions for improvement
- Human resource is to be objective not siding with management without finding out details. Management abusing their position to mistreat employee playing favertisem, treating employee as an object. If they like you they make excuses for you if they do not like you they go by the book to their benefit to make employee want to quit.
- Employee should be able to evaluate employer. From human resource to public relation to supervisor. freely express their concerns.
What I like about the company
Crothall as an employer is of treating their employee as a minority where employee are to be treated with no respect .
