Employer do not comend the employee of their hard work. They make them feel that their efforts is nothing.

leadership do not communicate at all with employee.Expect employee to be mind reader.
there is no teamwork. Do for you not for other,

Job is not faily distributed and more is demand from employee weather it can be done.
There is no comunication. Employers expect results while they dint even let them know what was expected.
