No. Lack of fairness and trust within work environment. Supervisors threatens all with job security.

Lacks training, makes unprofessional decisions. Frequently yells at staff.

No. Numerous employees have been asked or forced to leave, ultimately with severance packages. A couple employees were there for many years.
