HVAC and insulation a problem. Some rooms were so cold there was condensation on the windows.

Strong commitment to recycling and energy conservation.

Larger core departments had better opportunities for balance due to greater number of teachers in department and resources from the district

Diverse ideas were not received with hostility. They were just ignored.

  • Administration too often stifles ways to improve school culture for students as well as for staff out of fear of community disapproval.

What I like about the company

While there are real issues with administrative leadership, there is a true commitment to the well-being of the student and the surrounding community. The teachers' are dedicated and care about their students' futures. The district is growing rapidly. Hop
