- Restructure starting with the MMD and get a GM that is more than just a puppet
I dislike about the employer
You will have your position threatened from day one by the mmd. The GM will not advise corporate that the policies you are judged on we're his policies and not yours. You will be hired for one thing and then it wil morph into a lot more and will not be compensated for the extra work. As a manager you are expected to work 70+ hours a week and the pay is not what they lead you to believe it is. Management and sales turnover is worse there than anywhere I have ever been.
