There is mostly only criticism from supervisors and management team. By allowing favoritism to take place in the workplace the company does not project fairness or trust to their hourly employees .
Support from Management
When making decisions regarding the job most supervisors as well as the management team lean more towards favoritism rather than work ethics.
Hourly employees work together as a team but, most supervisors as well as the management team are not team players.
