All employees a made to feel afraid to make a mistake or speak their mind. Management also has inappropriate relationship with other employees and supervisors are involved in illegal drug activity.
Support from management
Lack of management support and unrealistic goal set. No standards held for upper management. Tons of double talk and no clear expectations.
Freedom to work independently
Almost every employee is micro-managed.
All communication done by putting praising one employee publicly and putting down other employees in the same manner.
Women will receive less pay than men no matter what the history of experience.

Overall compensation for your work
Most employees expected to work weekends and work beyond the salaried 40 hours.
They are supposed to be fitness professionals, but no one in management works out or is even in reasonable shape.
Employees are let go in an instant and given no notice. In some cases when the employee attempt to give the proper notice, they are immediately fired.

Large amount of workplace bullying.
Job allows you to work and train some amazing people and impact many individuals.
Inclusive / Diverse
Always a very diverse group of individuals. They will even hire out of shape training staff.

- Create an environment that allows employees to feel confident in their management and company direction.
What I dislike about the company
Owners and upper management don't believe in staff development and any employee is replaceable.
